Wellbeing: The state of being comfortable, happy or healthy.

Just as we need to take care of our physical health, we need to take care of our mental health too. And considering how much time is spent at work, it’s not surprising the affect this has on our wellbeing.

As a valued employee of Seco your wellbeing and mental health is something we take seriously. We have a dedicated wellbeing support officer, who is able to:

*listen without judgment,

*explore support options,

*provide resources, and

*outsource help if needed.

And not forgetting our Employee Assistance Scheme which entitles all employees to 24/7 support to help with any personal problems that might affect work performance, health and wellbeing.

Research consistently shows that when you feel your work is meaningful and are valued
and supported, you tend to have higher wellbeing levels, be more committed to the organisation’s goals and, importantly, perform better too.
