Since I have started with Seco, I’ve had so much training including an NVQ which they funded. They encourage career progression and will support you to reach your goals with regular supervisions and appraisals annually.
They model everything they do on relationship based practice and this shows in the way all staff are supported and trained to deliver the best possible support to each individual.
Management are approachable and knowledgeable and always happy to help if you have an issue or question.
