Hi! My name is Peter, I am 28 years old and I have a mild Learning Disability and Schizo-affective disorder. I live in my own flat in Gateshead and receive support 2:1. I am an active person and really enjoy being outdoors, I would like to start swimming again. I enjoy woodwork, painting and decorating, these are things I would like to look at doing more courses in. I enjoy cooking and attend cooking classes where I get to meet other people and learn new skills. Football is important to me, and I am a supporter of Newcastle united. I also enjoy watching Gateshead play. I have previously completed a first aid course and would like to look at doing this again and a food hygiene course. I enjoy listening to music and this can help me relax. I like people to have a good sense of humour but also take time to listen to me and give me time to process what is being said or asked.
