Seco Support, support adults and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health difficulties to live in their own homes in the community. We are a friendly and compassionate, person-centred company with significant experience in developing individual packages of support.
We are looking for an Service Leader in Staffordshire who has the drive and passion to help others, enhance and improve people’s lives.
We are Looking for someone with some of the following attributes

- Forward Thinking
The Service Leader will have one day a week management time (7.5 hours). The remaining hours (30 hours) will be based on rota completing shifts primarily between Monday to Friday on Early shifts. A laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
The Service Leader will be required to provide an On-Call Service and will be part of an On-Call rota.

Previous experience in complex Support Work and Management and the ability to liaise with local authorities is essential for this role. NVQ Level 3 (or the wish to obtain) is desirable. Full Training will be provided.
