Seco Support, support adults and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health difficulties to live in their own homes in the community. We are a friendly and compassionate, person-centred company with significant experience in developing individual packages of support.
We are looking for Bank Support Workers in the North East who are passionate about helping others, have spare time they would like to give to enhancing and improving people’s lives providing cover days night and weekends, sometimes at short notice.
We are Looking for people with some of the following attributes
- Strong Communication Skills
- A Good Listener
- Has an Understanding of Mental Health
As a Support Worker you will be required to work day times, evenings, weekends and to sleep in the service.

A knowledge of complex care is preferred but previous experience in Support Work is essential. Full training is provided.
