Celebrating Our Support Heroes: Offering Sponsorship to Visa-Holding Employees

Our support team staff are the unsung heroes of our company. They are the friendly faces, the patient caregivers, and the dedicated problem solvers who ensure the people we support live the life they choose. Their dedication and empathy are unmatched, and we are incredibly grateful for all they do.

Empowering Through Sponsorship

We are thrilled to announce a new milestone in our journey towards inclusivity and support for our diverse workforce. Starting this month, we are offering sponsorship opportunities to our valued employees who are on visas (either skilled worker or student visa looking to switch). This decision stems from our commitment to not only recognise the talent within our team but also to support their career growth and development within our company.

To keep the process as fair and as equal as possible we have implemented an eligibility criteria, and with a limited number of sponsorship certificates available, some people may unfortunately miss out. However, if there is sufficient interest we will look to increase our allocation of certificates for the following year.
